Returns Policies
Seven Merchants offers "Returns" on all of our products for 30 days from the purchase date.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send us an email at returns@sevenmerchants.com.
Customer Service is Open Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm (PST).
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, or report a concern with your order, please contact us directly and send an email to returns@sevenmerchants.com with the following information:
1. Full Name on the order
2. Order #
3. Telephone Number
4. The Issue / Or reason you'd like to return your order.
5. The email address you used to place your order.
6. Please attach a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
Including the information above will help us to expedite the refund/exchange/return process.
Also, if you would like us to call you directly -- please specify that in the email, otherwise we will respond to your request via the email you wrote us with.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us below
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Unless otherwise discussed in the correspondence, customers pay for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition, not damaged, and no missing parts.
If the items are not in the original condition you will have to pay for shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
